tools and materials you need and overview of best practices for growing vegetables
about healthy seedlings and growing seedlings
Preparation of a raised bed – what it consists of
Soil fertility, how good soil feels and where to obtain it

You will take home
free seeds, small plants, a garden box and soil. The course gives you guidance and the practical experience of planting a small vegetable garden. You will go home with Slow living workshops workshop notes, so you can continue the cultivation and care at home.
The course will be approximately half “theory” and half “practice.” You can expect to get seeds and soil on your hands. You will leave this course with a practical knowledge of how to start vegetable growing, and supplies to plant the small vegetable container you take home and enough to plant even more if you desire. We will serve delicious tea and coffee.
